Scraptastic Club March Sketch

Here is my example using BasicGrey "Hey Girl" collection papers and embellishments. This is a pretty fun sketch, and you don't have to do banners but I would love to see everyone's variations. For close ups and details, visit my blog HERE

Kristy was nice enough to share this beautiful layout that she created with my sketch. She chose some gorgeous Crate Paper papers and used one big swag of flowers for her gardening layout. Visit Kristy's blog here for lots of beautiful layouts.

 Here is my example using various My Mind's Eye papers and some vellum. Instead of a sun, my element sticking out of the top of the photo area is supposed to be the spotlights/searchlights of a hollywood opening....yeah, maybe not but you get the idea. For close ups and details visit my blog HERE

Sorry I haven't posted in sooooo long. I have had holidays and family life making me lazy. I decided to go ahead and post two layouts for you today. Thanks for sticking with me :) Thanks to everyone who has commented and shared a link to a page using a sketch, I just love seeing your creations.

And funny enough this just happens to be Sketch #100. I have a page done with this sketch but it has been sort of published so I can't share at this time. I will get a new example for you soon.

Sometimes a sketch catches your eye and you really want to do it but you don't have the correct number of photos. Do you have to find another sketch? no, not at all. Bend the sketch to your own style and photos. I will probably scrap this one again with two photos because I really like it, but I only had one photo of my son "Whacking a Alien" so here is my interpretation + aliens. I used October Afternoon papers.
